New account? Use your employer’s registration instructions and company identifier, if required. If you cannot find them, request access help. A company identifier is specific to the employer.

For employees

Prepare, review and confirm.

New-hire enrollment and annual open enrollment have their own instructions and timelines. Use your employer’s current information as you work through these steps.

01 · PREPARE

Gather your materials

Locate your benefit guide, available plan summaries, enrollment instructions and deadline. Write down questions about the options or costs you want explained.

02 · REVIEW

Work through your options

Use the designated enrollment system. Review plan details and the coverage and costs shown for you. Ask for help before submitting if something is unclear.

03 · CONFIRM

Complete the required tasks

Review your selections, follow the system’s submission steps and save the confirmation. Check for any follow-up tasks or documentation requested by your employer.

Your employer’s enrollment deadline, coverage effective date and any required follow-up may differ. Confirm those details with HR or the designated administrator.

Common questions

Enrollment and access questions.

I am a new hire. Where should I begin?

Start with the orientation and benefits materials supplied by your employer. Confirm your enrollment deadline, locate the designated system and review the available plans. TEB can help you find the appropriate next step if the instructions are unclear.

How do I know which login to use?

Your employer’s materials identify the enrollment platform and any separate benefit-account portal. Employee Navigator enrollment and the TEB benefit accounts consumer portal serve different tasks. Use the quick-access panel or request help if you are unsure.

What if I do not have registration instructions or a company identifier?

Ask your HR team or TEB for the instructions that apply to your employer. Do not use another organization’s identifier. Existing users should follow the platform’s sign-in or account-recovery instructions.

What is my enrollment deadline or coverage start date?

Use the dates in your employer’s current enrollment materials. New-hire and annual enrollment timelines can differ. Contact HR or the designated administrator promptly if a date is missing or unclear.

Can someone explain the plans before I enroll?

Yes. TEB’s benefit education and personal support help employees understand available options and the enrollment process. Ask about assistance in English or Spanish and the sessions available through your employer.

I have a family or employment change. What should I do?

Contact your HR team or designated administrator promptly to ask whether the change affects your benefits and what documentation or deadlines apply. Use the secure process they provide for personal documents.

Where do I find my FSA/HSA balance, receipts or claim history?

For TEB-administered benefit accounts, use the consumer portal. The FSA/HSA account guide explains account activity, reimbursement requests, receipt tasks and available forms.

Where can I get COBRA information?

Review the notice provided by your employer or plan administrator and visit the TEB COBRA page for general continuation-coverage information. Your notice provides your election and payment instructions.

What should I include when asking TEB for help?

Include your employer’s name, the benefit or platform involved and a general description of the issue. Do not email passwords, Social Security numbers, bank details or medical records. TEB can direct you to a secure process if documents are needed.
